Justice Court Bookkeeper

A Justice Court Bookkeeper handles court finances, including collecting and recording fines/fees, balancing cash, preparing deposits, running financial reports, and reconciling bank statements, while also performing general court clerk duties like customer service, recordkeeping, scheduling, and assisting the public with cases and procedures, often using specialized court software.

Operations Director-FCMPC

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, event setup, and overall functionality of The Center at Forrest County. This role leads the operations team in maintaining the property’s facilities and grounds while ensuring every event is executed efficiently from setup to cleanup.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes initiative, solves problems quickly, works well under pressure, and understands what it takes to keep a large multi-use event venue running smoothly.

Veterans Service Officer

A Veterans Service Officer (VSO) advocates for veterans, service members and their families by guiding them through complex state and federal benefits system. They are highly trained professionals responsible for counseling clients, preparing and submitting VA claims, managing case files, and handling appeals. Any duties assigned by the County Administrator or Board of Supervisors.
