Nestled within the unincorporated areas of Forrest and Lamar Counties, this expansive site offers close proximity to Hattiesburg, mere minutes away. Working in collaboration with our neighbors in Lamar County, we have united under the management of the Hattiesburg Chamber—Area Development Partnership to establish a Regional Economic Development Alliance. This alliance is entrusted with the vital task of overseeing operations at the site, ensuring its efficient and effective development.
