HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP HOUSING GRANT FUNDS 

The following 2 application forms must be completed and returned per the processing instructions below:

The credit authorization form to be completed by the buyer and signed in blue ink.

The home buyer agreement is to be signed in blue ink by the buyer and then by the president

 Send the forms to the Name and address below and the buyer will be contacted for an interview for the grant and direct them to a lender. The administrator of the Grant Program will then work with the lender, give the buyer the processing instructions and instructions fowarding the information to the lender when they go to make the loan application.
